At Dress Castle, we work hard to bring smiles to your family as soon as possible. 


All orders go through a processing time which is currently 1 to 3 business days of you placing the order. We ship all orders using DHL eCommerce, USPS or ePacket depending on your location and fastest available service.

We are working very hard to lower the delivery times but currently all delivery methods will have a tentative delivery time between 15 to 21 business days due to busy holiday season and Covid related restrictions. This is just an estimate and you may receive your items much earlier or a little later, depending on a number of factors. Packages may also be faced with delays beyond our control such as customs or postal delays.

Shipping Options

  • Standard: Regular shipping
  • Insured Standard: Regular shipping plus refund of shipping costs in case a refund a requested.

    Please Note:

    • Due to the volume of orders we process, we cannot cancel an order once it's been placed — especially on Launch days.

    • We are NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If you are having trouble tracking your package with the tracking information we provide, please contact the last available courier for more information.

    Import Taxes & Duties

    Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes incurred that may apply. Posh Peanut is not responsible for delays due to customs, duties, or taxes.

    Refused Or Undeliverable Packages

    Refused or undeliverable packages are subject to return shipping costs that vary by shipping method used in the original order. We will deduct shipping fees from your invoice for orders marked as undeliverable, refused, or insufficient address.

    Refused, insufficient address, or undeliverable packages will be refunded minus all shipping charges and $10 undeliverable fee, which will be deducted from your original payment. Please place a new order with correct shipping address/information if you would like your items re-sent.
